Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation.

When you have been billed we will send you an email with an invoice attached. The invoice is your receipt.

Your card will only be charged after the item has shipped.

STRANDHUSET accepts the following credit cards:


All prices are inclusive of 25pc VAT (value added tax) and exclusive of shipping costs.


Strandhuset uses strong encryption methods like Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.browser.

We have no access to your account number. Only NETS have access to customer information. Your private account details are 100pc confidential and will never be disclosed.

Registration information to STRANDHUSET's newsletter will also only be used internally. We use the data to process your order and market our products directly to you.


STRANDHUSET can not guarantee that all styles, models and sizes are in stock. In case of any problems in processing your order we will contact you by phone or email.  

Do not hesitate to call STRANDHUSET if you want us to try to order a specific item for you.


All purchased items are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act that gives a 2-year warranty.

The warranty does not apply to products that are defective due to damage or wear caused by misuse, lack of maintenance or normal wear.

If you wish to return or exchange a purchase from STRANDHUSET please ship it to the address above, with your invoice attached and a short note indicatingyour request.

When you receive the item, you are allowed to try it on as you would in the shop. This means that you can wear it to see if it fits, or touch the material to see if matches with what you requested at the time of purchase.

If you wish to return a purchased item, it’s important that said item is in the same condition as it was when it was shipped to you. If this is not the case, we at STRANDHUSET reserve the right to decline any acceptance of the goods, and you will be charged for the package and the item according to our conditions.

Items must be returned within 14 days after the package reached you

Please note that you have to arrange for the return shipping yourself.

If you wish to exchange your purchased item into something different or to something in a different size, all you have to do is use the return label that followed with your purchase.
Use this label when you hand in the package at the post office, they will send it back to us, and we at STRANDHUSET, will of course pay the return fee. Relieving you of any inconvenience.
If you want to make sure that we have your desired goods in whatever shapes and sizes you want, you are of course always welcome to call us, and we will we reserve the desired item for you.

As an additional service, you can always visit our shop in Helsingør to return or exchange

items, or to get advice on sizes.

Should you wish to cancel an order, please call the store as soon as possible, preferably on the day of the order.


We at the STRANDHUSET endeavor to ship your order within 1-4 working days.

Delivery in Denmark:

STRANDHUSET offers several different shipping methods.

Post Danmark: 50 Danish kroner, with or without distribution.

Delivery outside Denmark in Europe: 150 DKK
